Lean Game
The source of all good lies in play.
The basic principles of lean management are actually quite simple and based on common sense. Nevertheless, many companies fail to implement these principles sustainably.

Why a simulation?
One of the main reasons for failure is the natural human fear of change. As long as terms such as 5S, kanban or continuous improvement remain abstract for employees and managers, it is difficult to overcome these fears and actively shape the change process. Because one thing is certain: change happens in people's minds – or not at all.
Often it takes an initial spark, an "aha" moment. A simulation that vividly shows the before-and-after situation is very well suited to this. It creates images in people's minds that are perceived as worth striving for, and makes change tangible in the truest sense of the word.
More than a peg game
This simulation is far more than a few pegs in a nice box. The current version is the result of several years of continuous development, with a well-balanced ratio between playful learning and realism. It is designed so that even less experienced facilitators achieve very good training results – so that you can train all the employees in your company without costs spiralling.
It is based on the didactic approach of action-oriented learning. The "story" is the simulation of a production and assembly process as it could occur in any company. In addition to pure assembly, logistics, planning and customer processes and their interaction in controlling are also considered. Applications range from lean awareness training and the education of lean specialists to a tool for your in-house training department.
