2. General information

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. This website does not use tracking services, analytics tools or externally embedded fonts. No cookies are set for analytics or marketing purposes.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated by a hosting provider in Germany. When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type, referrer URL). This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR to ensure trouble-free operation and the security of the website.

4. Language setting (cookie)

A technically necessary cookie is set to store your selected language (German/English). This cookie does not contain any personal data and serves solely to ensure the functionality of the website (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).

5. Contact form and email contact

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, your details (name, company, email address, telephone number if provided, and your message) are stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in processing enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect the contact form against automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (represented in the EU by Cloudflare Portugal, Unipessoal Lda., Lisbon). Turnstile is loaded on the contact page only and uses technical characteristics (including IP address, browser and device information, interaction behaviour) to determine whether the input was made by a human. As a rule, no image puzzle has to be solved.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against abuse and spam). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses are also in place. Further information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing, as well as the right to rectification, blocking or erasure of this data. In addition, you have the right to restriction of processing, to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

8. Objection to promotional emails

We hereby object to the use of contact details published in accordance with our imprint obligation for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials.
