People absorb information predominantly through the eye. Visual management makes use of exactly that.
Reproducible, controlled, understood and transparent processes are the foundation of the lowest scrap rates. To this end, we work with you to determine overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and visualise it directly in production. From this, with our methodological support, you derive technological and organisational areas for action.
The visualised key figures form the basis of daily teamwork and improvement. In addition, process parameters in the production process are recorded and the cause-and-effect relationships across the overall process are evaluated. The aim is to identify and reduce deviations and to stabilise the process.
