Our approach

Implementation instead of slides.

Our implementation-driven approach involves your employees from the very beginning. The result: solutions that are accepted – and standards that last.

  1. Step 1

    Analysis

Capture the current state of the value stream, understand key figures and cause-and-effect relationships.

  2. Step 2

    Involve employees

Those affected become those involved – combining top-down and bottom-up.

  3. Step 3

    Identify potential

Make waste visible, evaluate and prioritise areas for action.

  4. Step 4

    Implement measures

Develop concepts together and, where required, implement them together on site.

  5. Step 5

    Establish standards

Standardise and visualise new processes and anchor them in leadership routines.

  6. Step 6

    Improve continuously

Build know-how within the company – your employees become internal lean experts.

  • Involve employees early on
  • Combine top-down and bottom-up
  • Make processes transparent
  • Develop improvements together
  • Support implementation
  • Build know-how within the company

Why Lean OpEx?

Practice instead of theory.

We come from the line, not the drawing board. That shapes how we advise – and how we implement.

  • Many years of operational experience

Responsibility in line functions within operations – we know everyday production life from first-hand experience.

  • Practice instead of theory

Methods are a means to an end. What counts is what works on the shop floor.

  • Sustainable implementation

We stay with you until the standard is lived every day – not just until the presentation.

  • Tailored solutions

No one-size-fits-all: concepts are tailored to your company, your products and your people.

  • Employees actively involved

Change happens in people's minds – or not at all. That is why we work with your team, not around it.

  • Consulting + operational implementation

From concept development through training and coaching to interim management – all from a single source.

Lean Game: participants assembling plugs in the production simulation

Lean Game

Understand lean by experiencing it.

The basic principles of lean management are simple – implementation often fails because of the fear of change. Our production simulation makes flow, pull, waste and standard work tangible in 1.5 to 2 hours and delivers the decisive "aha" moment.

  • 6 to 15 participants
  • 1.5 to 2 hours
  • From awareness training to lean expert education

Interim Management

When operations are on fire, we are on site.

Management vacancies, production backlogs or on-time delivery at rock bottom call for fast, impartial action. Our interim managers take on responsibility for a limited period – until the situation is stable or the position has been filled.
